- Return Window: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to health regulations, some personal care items cannot be returned once opened.
- Return Process: Before returning any items, you must contact our customer service team for return approval and instructions.
- Return Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. In some cases, due to our suppliers' return restrictions, we may offer alternative solutions like a partial refund or an exchange.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
